2 and a half cups of flour
1/3 cup of sugar
1 spoon milk
3 little pears
Mix the cold butter, the flour, milk and sugar until you get a homogeneous dough. Arrange in a tart form and put it in a fridge while you’re taking care of the pears.
Now cut the pears in semi-circles. If you want you can caramelize them in a pan for a few seconds. If you’d like you pie to taste fresh, leave them as they are.
Take the tart form out of the fridge and arrange the pears on top. Bake at 185 C/ 356 F for 30-34 minutes.
I made a confection out of sugar and quince and spread the syrup on top, but that’s optional. You can ornate with sweet cream.
