5 Street Style Haiku from The Sartorialist

About The Sartorialist, by The Sartorialist:

Founder/blogger/photographer Scott Schuman began The Sartorialist with the idea of creating a two-way dialogue about the world of fashion and its relationship to daily life.

Oh, yet another street fashion blogger, you’ll say. Yeah, but this one’s curating skills are flawless. No, that’s not it. They’re… inspirational. He almost tells the story of the person he shoots. And the people he shoots look so good being themselves (like my friend Andreea, remember?)

Now, if you’re reading this blog for a while you’ll remember I don’t care much about fashion. Fashion is like a soap opera, always the same story, different actors.

What I do care about though is people. And what they wear is sometimes a hint about how they are. And that’s pretty close to poetry.

Here’s a list of my favourite haiku from the above mentioned blog.

girl with red flowers neck piece
Guy with shirt, suit and cargo bermudas
Yellow dress and asymmetric bleumarine wrap
Hat, vest, shorts and book
Purple dress and chunky yellow cardi
