There is something innately sensual in cooking. In baking maybe even more so. The colors, the creamy-silky textures, the flavors. Mixing textures: puffy egg-whites, drippy melted butter, grainy sugar; tasting the dough, putting flour in your hair. Checking the temperature in the oven. It’s all a beautiful ritual.
One of the deserts that I like to bake is banana bread. It’s super easy and it tastes great!

You will need:
3-4 bananas (mashed)
1 cup of sugar
2 cups flour
2 egges
1/2 cup melted butter (nuke it for 30 seconds)
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon baking powder

How to make it
1. Preheat the oven, grease your tray.
2. Mix the dry things: flour, salt, baking powder.
3. Mix the wet stuff: cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Add mashed bananas.
4. Bake! π
