Scraps and stash busting comrades, here’s another project for you: use those fabric scraps to make pot-holders.
And here we go! Get your fabric scraps, your pins and some bias tape (you can always make your own!)
This is cool because it works for really small pieces of fabric.
In this tutorial I am using quilt batting just because that happend to be a scrap too, but you can just sandwich more fabrics in the middle.
When you have all your layers ready sandwich them.
Now pin the bias tape.
Fold the corners so they’re neat.
And pin some more.
Leave a bias tape “tail”.
Fold the tail in. Sew.
That’s it. Now go bake something yummy 🙂
