I Made Carrot Cake and I Liked it

Here’s my carrot cake recipe. You’ll love the flavor and the texture and it’s easy to make too.

How to make carrot cake

So I mixed half a cup of sugar, half a cup of oil and 2 eggs until creamy. Then added a cup of finely grated carrots and almost a cup of raisins. I’d now say that almonds or nuts might work well with the flavors.

In another bowl I mixed a cup and a half of flour and a teaspoon each of cinnamon, clovers and nutlet. Also half a teaspoon salt. Drop a teaspoon of baking powder too.

And mixed them all, carefully.

I put the mix in ceramic trays because I love them, but you can use whatever. Preheat the oven at 185 degrees Celsius and bake for 35 minutes.

And that’s it. Eat with friends on a sunny terrace. We put honey on it and it was cool.
