how to cook an empizada, posted with vodpod
An Empizada is now a classical dish in our house. A first, it was called an empanada, because I thought an empanada is just like a salty pie. Turned out it wasn’t. And that it should have a dough cover to be an empanada. it has even been said that it looked more like a pizza. I disagreed. Long story short, a bit of teasing now and then and the name was final. It was an empizada.
