Super Easy Summer House Dress
If summers are really hot and humid where you live, you already know there’s no better garment to spend a hot weekend in than a loose cotton batiste dress.
Even though this Ikea Livet Hemma dress is designed for two years old, that’s no reason you can’t make a cute version of your own.

You just need a bit of cotton batiste and contrasting ribbons.

This is the pattern suggested by the Ikea designers, but I would make this an A-shape, and cut this as a trapeze rather than a rectangle. I would take my bust size + 6cm (2.5 inches) for the top side of the trapeze and make sure the trapeze is wide enough for me to comfortably lounge in.
This is so easy I might just make one this weekend :D
Later edit:
Looks like Burdastyle is on this. They just published their beachy patterns and there’s a dress very, very similar to this one (it also has pockets!)
