The Making of a Watercolor Illustration
I have two weaknesses: music from the north and watercolors. What a surprises to see this video from Manoli:

I love seeing how people make things. And I always found watercolors somehow mysterious. Now that I see the Manoli’s whole process, from pencil drawing to illustration it doesn’t seem less so. I samma bil, the name of the swedish band song translates as “in the same car”.

You touched upon something interesting – watching someone make. Even though we get recaps, what goes on is far different, or at least we think!

Yeah, I agree, I am taking a couple of Craftsy classes and watching the pace, the gestures of these people is so captivating. I am thunder-sewing and cutting and always feel like I have to optimize or be more productive while other people take 5 minutes to baste a sleeve. I envy those 5 minute people, sewing just seems more rewarding when you see someone enjoying what they do.
